SHIPPING

All pieces are made to order!

When you place an order, I make sure I have the fabric - if not I have to order it - then it is cut and sewn, then delivered to you. With love.

Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for your order to be made and shipped to you ^_^

SERVICE DELAYS 

Gyaltsen is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by external circumstances :( 

Gyaltsen is also not responsible for lost or missing packages once shipped.

Please contact Canada Post with your tracking number for these happenings. 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Please read the size guide and the item description carefully upon ordering!

We do not accept returns, or offer full refunds.

At the moment, we are only accepting exchanges within Canada and the United States. All shipping for an exchange is at the customer's cost. The request must be within 3 days of the delivery date of your order, should you need a different size or the item has damage. We do not take items damaged AFTER they have been used.

We reserve the right to cancel orders in which case a full refund will be issued.

Email us with your situation and we will do our best to accommodate!

Pre-orders are non-refundable.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

An order can be cancelled by contacting our email info@gyaltsen.earth within 24 hours of order placement. Once your order is made or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

TAILORING

We do not offer custom tailoring but can help you make sure you pick the correct size upon reaching out to us.
